When Will I get my Product?

You will get it immediately after payment. It will come to you in one of two ways. You will get it either as an attachment to your Paypal e-mail address. Or your e-mail will contain a link from where you may download it. If it comes as a link, it will have the link, your username and password. Just click the link. Enter your password and you may download the product.

How do I open the product?

All our products come as a zip file. So you must unzip it first.

I don't have a zip program?

To do business, on the internet, that is one of the tools you must have. This is because a lot of downloadable items are zipped (compressed). You can get a free copy of WINZIP at: http://www.winzip.com
